KYC and AML Policy
BLAST PH is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage access through robust identity verification.
Purpose of This Policy
This Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy outlines the steps BLAST PH takes to verify player identity, monitor account activity, and comply with Philippine gaming and financial regulations.
Customer Identification
All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. Verification confirms that you are at least 21 years old, that your identity matches your account details, and that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction.
Verification Documents
Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID, along with a live selfie for facial matching. See the Account Verification page for the full process.
Ongoing Monitoring
BLAST PH monitors account activity on an ongoing basis for patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse, including unusual transaction sizes, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles, and structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
Source of Funds
For large or unusual transactions, BLAST PH may request supporting documentation regarding the source of funds, such as payslips, bank statements, or business records, before processing a withdrawal.
Reporting Obligations
Where required by law, BLAST PH reports suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations.
Non-Compliance Consequences
Failure to complete verification when requested, or providing false documentation, may result in account suspension, withheld withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
