Self-Exclusion
A voluntary tool that lets you restrict your own access to BLAST PH for a period you choose.
What Is Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily block your own access to your BLAST PH account for a set period. During exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive marketing communications from us.
How to Request Self-Exclusion
- Go to your account's Responsible Gaming settings, or contact support directly.
- Select your preferred exclusion duration.
- Confirm your request — exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed early.
Duration Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| 6 Months | Standard cooling-off period for a temporary break. |
| 1 Year | Extended exclusion for a longer reset. |
| Permanent | Indefinite account closure with no reactivation option. |
What Happens During Exclusion
Your account is locked for login and deposits for the full selected duration. Any available real-money balance not tied to an active promotion can still be withdrawn upon request during this period. Marketing emails and promotional messages will stop.
Reactivation Process
Accounts under a fixed-term exclusion (6 months or 1 year) can only be reactivated after the selected period has fully elapsed, and reactivation requires a manual request along with a short cooling-off confirmation. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.
Support Resources
If you're considering self-exclusion, our Responsible Gaming page has additional tools and information, and the PAGCOR helpline is available for confidential support.
