Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of BLAST-PH.COM ("BLAST PH", "we", "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Eligibility

Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software errors, use bots or automated tools, or collude with other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on our Bonus Terms page, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods. BLAST PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on BLAST-PH.COM, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game software, and text, is the property of BLAST PH or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

BLAST PH provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLAST PH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures or connectivity issues outside our reasonable control.

Termination

BLAST PH may suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or at the request of a self-exclusion program. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance and related winnings may be forfeited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable gaming regulations. Any disputes not resolved through our Complaints Procedure may be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR where applicable.
